A heritage property in the Jewellery Quarter, formerly jewellery workshops and later office suites, was reimagined into six stylish apartments.

Acquired and delivered on behalf of an overseas investor, the project was managed from concept through to completion and sold pre-completion to a fund, securing strong investor returns.
