Murfo is a property and business consultancy led by Dominic Murphy.

Dominic has spent more than 20 years working across estate agency, residential sales, property development and investment. In 2013, he founded DM & Co. Homes and grew it into a successful multi-office independent estate agency with a team of more than 20 people.

That experience was built in the real world - winning instructions, selling homes, recruiting and leading teams, managing cash flow, making investments, delivering projects and navigating the difficult decisions that come with owning a business.

Today, Dominic uses that experience to advise a small number of estate agency owners, property developers, investors and private clients. His work ranges from business growth, structure and accountability to pricing strategy, development sales, negotiation and discreet property representation.

He also advises clients buying, selling and owning property in Villars and the surrounding Swiss Alps, combining personal knowledge of the area with a trusted local network.
