As Creative Director at Murfo, Cherie oversees the group’s design and project management divisions, delivering thoughtful interiors and development projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Her approach blends strong aesthetic vision with practical project delivery - ensuring every space not only looks beautiful but performs beautifully too.

Driven by collaboration and detail, Cherie’s role within Murfo is about creating environments that inspire, add value and tell a story through design.

Managing Director

With more than 20 years in property, Dominic brings deep experience in estate agency, business growth and leadership. He founded DM & Co. Homes in 2013, quickly growing it into one of Solihull’s most successful independent agencies — recognised among the Top 2% of estate agents in the UK by The Best Estate Agent Guide.

After a decade of hands-on growth and leadership, Dominic now focuses his energy on Murfo, a collective of property-focused brands spanning development, design, consultancy and technology. Through Murfo Consulting, he mentors and supports estate agency owners across the UK, helping them scale sustainably and achieve meaningful growth.

Driven by a belief in honest business, clear strategy and strong culture, Dominic brings a grounded, real-world perspective to every project and partnership he’s involved in.

Project Coordinator

Georgia is the organisational backbone of the studio, ensuring that every detail behind the scenes is handled with precision. From coordinating projects to streamlining workflows, she keeps creativity moving smoothly and clients updated with clarity. Her meticulous approach and quiet efficiency allow the design team to focus fully on delivering exceptional results, while clients enjoy a polished, stress-free experience.

No workplace is complete without a little soul, and Woody and Cali provide just that. Beloved by the team and adored by visitors, this playful pair bring warmth, character, and a sense of ease to the office. Whether curled up quietly during design reviews or making impromptu appearances on site visits, they remind everyone that great design should always be lived in and enjoyed.

Designer

Nicky brings a fresh, contemporary eye to the studio, blending creativity with a deep understanding of how people live in their homes. As Designer, she works closely with clients to translate aspirations into thoughtful interiors, layering materials, textures, and bespoke details that elevate each space. Her approach combines imagination with practicality, ensuring every design feels both inspiring and enduring.

Designer

With years of experience and an intuitive sense of style, Lorraine offers a seasoned perspective to the studio’s design work. She has a natural talent for balancing elegance with warmth, creating interiors that feel both sophisticated and welcoming. Working alongside her daughter, she brings wisdom, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, enriching each project with a depth of knowledge and care.

Project Manager

Kevin oversees the transformation of design into reality, managing every stage of the build process with precision and care. As Project Manager, he is a consistent presence on site, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship. His practical expertise and attention to detail ensure that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the exacting quality that defines murfo.

With a Masters in Architecture and an instinct for creative detail, Manmit brings both technical expertise and a fresh, talented energy to the murfo team. His architectural background shapes the way he approaches every project — blending precision with a modern, design-forward sensibility. Known for his cool, collaborative style, Manmit adds depth and flair to murfo’s work, helping clients bring bold ideas to life with confidence and creativity.
